Abstract

In an increasingly competitive environment, simulation has become a very powerful tool for planning, design- ing and managing complex systems. Simulation modeling (MI) is one of the most important analysis tools available to those responsible for the design and operation of processes or systems. Logistics networks are becoming more complex and interconnected, and for more efficient analysis of such systems and logistics solutions, it is necessary to use modern software (software). This allows you to model, execute and animate any logistics network at any level of detail. Trans- portation and storage of goods, raw materials and supplies accounts for a significant part of the total lead time. Reduc- ing the lead time leads to an increase in the competitiveness of the organization. The purpose of the article is to describe the conceptual model of the organization's logistics network.
