Abstract
Improving industrial energy efficiency is the most important task at the present time, and this factor is important from both an economic and an environmental point of view. The solution to this problem is impossible without provision to management and technological personnel of the enterprise objective, timely and reliable information about the energy enterprise facilities. This decision creating a unified integration platform to address the problems of collecting, storing, processing, and display of data as part of a comprehensive system of technical energy accounting. Background information model includes the collection of data with geographically distributed metering units and existing automation systems, transformation of data from disparate sources into a standard format, database-level integration and scheduling level database recording and analysis software solutions custom data processing tasks, operational obtaining data on the consumption of energy resources to make the right management decisions, the exchange of data with the levels of MES and ERP. The phases of the project include: energy management (creation of a list of measures aimed at reduction of energy consumption); energy audit (conduct a comprehensive survey of energy infrastructure); accounting system, control and energy management. As a prototype proposed decision of CJSC "KonsOm SKS" on the basis of its own integration platform.
