Abstract

In the time of high developing information technologies and increasing number of high-budget software projects increased focus implementing on project management efficient. In article aspects of team-making including software life-cycle processes and «Agile» methodology. For improvement of team work effectiveness management service system based on «JIRA» deployment was offered. Corporative management system description was adduced. Matrix of Responsibilities was made including features of software projects. Problems of corporative service deployment were regarded. Among them we can determine problem of manual data transfer, stuff instruction and personnel opportunist behavior regarding to corporative service. Finally, corporative service deployment based on software «JIRA» in existing system allows to improve performance control of programming projects. Information in this article have a practical bearing on information systems implementers. Goal: to deploy corporative service in project company for improving project management efficiency. Methods: analogue method, expert analysis. Deploying system efficiency was proved by analogue method and system requirements were set by expert analysis.
