Abstract

The initiation of the project for the implementation of information systems (IS), regardless of its size, makes the company's management to look at these issues in a new way. As part of this work reflected the key positions that may pre-empt issues guidance on the feasibility of the proposed solutions on the progress of the project implementation, demonstrated the possibility of harmonizing the implementation of a number of methodologies to improve the efficiency of the process. It also presents the features of the implementation of the ICC, the analysis of the introduction of modern methodologies, which allows to touch the problem of finding such an important balance between corporate needs, the ability to embed solutions and methodology of the process. The purpose of the study was to find the typical structure of the project implementation of corporate information systems, defining the principles and mechanisms for its effective implementation. As an example, a model used by the task of implementing software solutions in the construction company. Comparative characteristics of the methodology of implementation from Microsoft and 1C, which is found as a result of the balance between the requirements for the implementation process from a methodological point of view and possible specific organization to implement them. Built image solutions for your organization, formed a general idea of a typical implementation project EIS in building organizations.
