Abstract

Modern project managing gradually lie with IT-industry; this comes with information systems installation. Innovation project managing systems make planning easier for managers and provide effective problem solving for project teams. Also such systems provide opportunity to set task priority in-real-time, manage resource loading and automatic monitor tasks completion, which is huge advantage for project organization. In this article project management systems description according to Atlassian JIRA was shown, functions and existing security problems were identified. Firstly, organizational difficulties while project data transfer into the system. Secondly, amotivation and labor disparagement with new system using. Thirdly, proper security layering. First two problems are organizational and can be solved by top-managers. Unfortunately, at the moment information safety problem is undecided question. Cyber criminals find new security violations for hacking and information theft, for instance, in 2015 there are 1395 accident of confidential data trespass, which on 22% mare than in 2014. Summary security violations were identified and actuality of the problem was proved. As a result security features oriented to described violations of corporative project management system Atlassian JIRA where determined.
