Abstract
Currently, topical issue of increasing the quality of the elements, reinforcing in terms of strengthening the elements of industrial tires for various applications. From this perspective, the proposed article deals with one of these elements – wire bead coils, in particular, the search for effective annealing conditions of the first kind for the removal of work hardening wire after severe plastic deformation by with a high degree of compression. The paper is an analysis by means of mathematical modeling in software environment DEFORM 2D above annealing conditions in various media to objectively select the most for suitable heating medium. We analyzed the following media: furnace, molten lead or nitrate, "fluidized bed". As a result of studies on criteria the harmful effects of environmental in the body, the value of the degree of reduction of the strength of the wire after annealing the most costs effective medium is a "fluidized bed" because of its high convective component.
